Privacy policy

This is a translation for convenience. The Spanish versionis the legally binding one.

This policy explains how your personal data is processed when you get in touch through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data is processed and why

Contact form

Your name, email, phone number (optional) and message. They are used only to answer your enquiry and, if you ask, to arrange an appointment. Please don’t include detailed health information in the form: that is dealt with at the consultation.

WhatsApp

If you message on WhatsApp, the doctor receives your number and messages in order to help you and manage your appointments. WhatsApp is a Meta service with its own terms and privacy policy.

Visitor statistics

The website uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate. It uses no cookies and cannot identify you: IP addresses are not stored and data is not combined with other sites.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you send the form or message on WhatsApp (art. 6.1.a GDPR), and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract when you ask for an appointment (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Statistics rely on the legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used (art. 6.1.f GDPR), using anonymous data.

How long data is kept

Messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for no more than one year after the last contact if you do not become a patient. If you start a treatment, your clinical information is kept in accordance with Spanish Law 41/2002 on patient autonomy.

Recipients

Data is not shared with third parties unless required by law. The following providers are involved, with access limited to what they need to provide their service:

• Web3Forms, which delivers form messages by email.
• Microsoft (Outlook), the doctor’s email provider.
• Vercel Inc., website hosting and anonymous statistics.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (adequacy decisions such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent at any time by writing tonerea_felip@hotmail.com. If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Minors

If you are under 14, you need consent from a parent or guardian to send us your data.
